Terms & Conditions

AA Lares Insurance Services, Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify permission to display the logo, and may request that third parties modify or delete any use of the collateral that, in our sole judgment, does not comply with these guidelines, or might otherwise impair our rights in the logo.

• As a general rule, third parties may not use the AA Lares Insurance Services logo unless approved logo artwork is provided by us.

• The logo may not be used in any manner that might imply that any non-AA Lares Insurance Services materials, including but not limited to goods, services, websites, or publications, are sponsored, endorsed, licensed by, or affiliated with AA Lares Insurance Services.

• The logo may not be displayed as a primary or prominent feature on any non-AA Lares Insurance Services materials. Companies using hte logo pursuant to these guidelines must also display, in the primary and more prominent position, their own logo(s), business name, product names, or other branding.

• The logo may no be imitated or used as a design feature in any manner.

• The logo may not be used in a manner that would disparage AA Lares Insurance Services or its products or services.

• Neither the logo nor any part of the AA Lares Insurance Services name (e.g., AA Lares) may be used in any other company name, product name, service name, domain name, website title, publication title, or the like.

Non-AA Lares Insurance Services materials should not mimic any AA Lares Insurance Services advertising, product packaging, or website design.

• The logo must be used as provided by AA Lares Insurance Services with no changes, including but not limited to changes in the color, proportion, or design, or removal of any words or artwork. The logo may not be animated, morphed, or otherwise distorted in perspective or appearance.

• The logo must stand alone and may not be combined with any other object, including but not limited to other logos, words, graphics, photos, slogans, numbers, design features, or symbols. The logo must never be used to represent the word in text, including in a headline, product-name logotype, or body copy.

• The logo must not be incorporated or used in any manner as port of, or in close proximity to another company's name, domain name, product or service name, logo, trade dress, design, slogan, or other trademarks.

We respect your rights to privacy. Your ability to make informed choices about the use of your information is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains our policy regarding the collection, use, disclosure and protection of personal information we receive. It also sets out how you can contact us if you have any queries or concerns about this information. If not otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, capitalized terms have the meaning given to them in our Terms and Conditions, which you may read here (the “Terms”).

Consent

By communicating or dealing with us, including by completing and submitting the Application Information through the Site, you consent to the information you provide being collected, stored, used and disclosed by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Types of Information We Collect

“Personal Information” means information that can be directly associated with a specific person, such as gender, birth date, marital status, professional experience, education, or credit card information. We collect such Personal Information that you provide us in order for us to provide you with our Services. This Personal Information may include: your full name, gender, birth date, place of birth, place of residence, profession and professional experience.

We also collect Personal Information when you contact us for any reason. It is your voluntary decision whether to provide us with any such Personal Information, but if you refuse to provide such information we may not be able to register you to use the Services or your use of the Services may be limited. To the extent that you provide Personal Information about individuals other than yourself, you certify that you have obtained their consent to the collection and use (including transfer and disclosure) of that Personal Information consistent with this Privacy Policy and, for any individuals not legally competent to give consent, you consent on their behalf and confirm that you have the authority to do so. In addition, when you use the Site, certain information may be automatically gathered about your computer, browser, operating system, IP address or mobile device.

How we Protect Information

We make efforts to follow generally accepted industry standards to protect Personal Information, both during transmission and once we receive it.

However, you must realize that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We will delete any Personal Information provided to us by a user upon the receipt of a written request by such user. We cannot restore information that we have deleted.

By providing the requested information and clicking “submit”, I provide my signature expressly consenting to contact from us or our agents at the number I provided regarding products or services via live call, text message or even email (even if your telephone number is included on any State, Federal or Corporate Do Not Call List). I understand that my telephone company may impose charges on me for these contacts, and I am not required to enter into this agreement as a conditions of purchasing property, goods or services.
